1. Parties and acceptance
ACADEMIVA is provided by RobertIonutF (ACADEMIVA), România. Contact: robertionutfundulea@gmail.com. By checking the agreement and creating or continuing to use an account, you accept this terms version and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.
If you use the service for an organisation, you represent that you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use authenticated features.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18, or have the legal capacity and representative consent required in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report unauthorised access.
- Your account is personal. Do not sell or rent it, or use it to evade limits, security controls, or payment.
3. The service
ACADEMIVA provides research planning, methodology, sources, citations, writing, checks, and academic export tools. Features, limits, formats, and availability may evolve. Any material reduction to a paid service remains subject to mandatory legal rights.
4. Academic integrity and acceptable use
- You remain the author and are responsible for accuracy, citation, originality, permissions, and compliance with institution rules.
- Do not use ACADEMIVA for plagiarism, fabricated data or sources, impersonation, academic fraud, rights violations, or evasion of an institutional AI prohibition.
- Do not upload illegal content, malware, unauthorised secrets, or personal data you have no right to process.
- Do not access other accounts, scrape at scale, abuse reverse engineering, interfere with the service, or consume resources unreasonably.
5. AI features and checks
AI output, search, similarity checks, and deterministic evaluations are support tools. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable and are not academic or legal advice or anti-plagiarism certification. Verify sources, claims, calculations, and institution rules before use.
Generative features follow the configured project AI policy and may be disabled. We do not guarantee acceptance by a university, supervisor, or external tool.
6. Your content and technical licence
You retain rights in content you enter to the extent you own them. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence, revocable through deletion, solely to host, process, protect, and export that content and provide features you request.
You represent that you may upload the content. We do not use your thesis for advertising or publish it without your explicit instruction.
7. Plans, credits, and payments
- Price, included taxes, billing interval, renewal, and credits are shown before order. Stripe processes payment.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not immediately remove already-paid access unless the management page says otherwise.
- Credits are internal usage units, not money, are non-transferable, and expire as shown in the offer. Refunds, disputes, or fraud may adjust the balance.
- PayPal contributions are voluntary and separate from ACADEMIVA purchases. They provide no credits, subscription, features, priority, or other consideration, and PayPal processes them under its own terms and fees.
- Consumers retain all mandatory rights. If the law grants a withdrawal period, request it by email; a digital-service exception applies only where the legally required confirmations were validly obtained.
8. Availability, suspension, and termination
We may suspend access for security risk, non-payment, abuse, or serious breach, with notice where reasonable and lawful. You may stop using the service at any time. On request, export or deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and legal duties.
9. Warranties and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, any grade, or academic acceptance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or outcomes from unverified use of suggestions.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. For a paid service, any applicable limit is interpreted proportionately to foreseeable loss and relevant law.
10. Law, complaints, and changes
Romanian law governs these terms without removing mandatory protection under the consumer's home law. Before litigation, email robertionutfundulea@gmail.com for direct resolution. You may also use the competent authority or court.
We may update terms for legal, security, or product changes. Material changes require acceptance of the new version before continued authenticated use.
